I've found the event very well setup. Although the payouts are small they have spaced them out almost perfectly. At first it was a bit annoying until you look at the count down for act 2. We are 4 days ~15 hours out currently (april 23 @ 12C) I'm about 2K (14143 spades) out from getting the Pet Mutant Plant (16000 spades). I play quite religiously, level 46, and have I don't know how many characters..45-50?
My daughters level 11 SF is doing just as well. Leve 7 Research facility. She's about to unlock the final corn (9212). She has a tiny SF with ~10 characters. The majority of the time so far I've forgotten to tap for her.
To be able to get that close with two very different SF's is fantastic in my book. While my daughters account may not unlock EVERYTHING, at this point she's had some fun and picked up 2 money making buildings.
