Origin Friends Not In Game?

I have no Facebook friends in the game.
The exact wording is: Origin Friends not in game
It's a list at the bottom of the column when you tap the handshake button. There's:
Friend Requests Received
Friend Requests Sent
Neighbors (with list on neighbors)
Facebook Friends not in game
Origin Friends not in game
My research indicates that the Origin Friends not in Game are people you're friends with through the Origin Application (available for PC and Mac) that aren't playing Tapped Out. I checked the Origin App - it shows that she (I'm assuming from the name) is one of my friends, but since Tapped Out isn't one of the games you can play inside the Origin App it doesn't list Tapped Out as one of the games she has.

Origin is like a tablet emulator. You can download and play games inside it. It also allows you to access your friend list and profile.
