The Wire is still the standard by which I conciously and unconciously judge all other dramas. It was so well-written that we were blown away.
I'll agree with Parks and Rec....very good. Anything in which Patton Oswalt turns up gets a nod from me.
The Daily Show is such a standard in my home that I didn't even think of it before.
I just began watching Shameless on demand and I think that it may end up joining the others on my list.
