I had that happen with claus co THREE times in the first 3 days. Thought I had a corrupt app so deleted and re-installed twice and then everyone else started posting about it lol... since then its happened another half-dozen or so times with other items, twice with the shelter which is all that I am lacking and has been my last prize for over 70000 tickets :x
