Plastic Depot Missing
Try going to krustyland and back. That's supposed to fix the problem of prizes not being awarded.

If the depot is somewhere in your town, you should be able to send characters. You could go through the button top right (Daily Challenges). Take the second tab with 'Rail Yard Project Board' then tap on bottom right icon (house with a magnifying glass), you can then select Plastic Depot and "go to". Hope this works? Keep us updated. :)
