Egg Council Guy. I am glad I finished the blue boxes out, but not impressed with this "prize". Egg Council Guy is just like Candy Kevin, or any other non playable character. Just a single animation that is not that entertaining.
But anyway, I finished the blue boxes in 23 boxes, without any donuts. So I can focus on the pink and gold boxes now.
