Power plant on overdrive!

Same thing happened to me. It gets even buggier, though: When I re-sent Burns to do his money fight task, the plant's task bar said he's doing it with two Smitherses. After completing the task for the second time, two ghost Smitherses were trapped with 'Error'-tasks in the plant, while the real Smithers was roaming my Springfield.

And when I then sent my roaming Smithers on his 8-hours 'Whip It' task and left my Springfield, he was still doing that task when I returned - but right in front of the Power Plant, where he would appear when he finishes a job there. Storing the Control Building made everything return to normal, though.
