Project Board "Complete" ???
It's not new, and it's not just you. The project cap has been one of the most frustrating aspects of this event. You're fortunate if you haven't encountered it before now, but it can happen every day.

After getting Ray the cap was lifted. Then Ahead of the Track would start and each time you finished it it would increase by 1000 (well, the first two were at 3000). It didn't increase by 1000 "each day", but by each new round of it.
How many total blueprints did you get?

I misspoke; I said increased 1000 each day, because for myself, I was able to finish each round each day.
I have the Hippie now, like Ray before (quests done), and still capped.
