Purchases and Donuts both missing

Hey everyone,

I don't post often on here - been playing since 2013.

I purchased the "Sarsaparilla Tree" (150 donuts) and "The Bald Eagle" (199 donuts) yesterday.

When I logged back in, both were missing from my town, as were the donuts to purchase them.

I checked my inventory "just in case", but they weren't there either.

Do I need to contact EA?
(I'm not sure what info they need from me to resolve this)

    What a bummer. I think contacting EA is the only way to resolve it unless the items magically reappear. Does either item appear in the store? Presumably a screencap of an empty store menu would be evidence enough that you’ve bought them. EA generally ask for receipts when people claim lost donuts, but I’m not sure how tricky it is for them to restore a lost item. Good luck!
