I just won 3 for 3.
It helps to have 3 and 4 heart fighters. As mentioned above, waiting for a 5 heart to fully recover can be annoying.
Also, one still has to go into the screen, select fighters, etc. How much time is actually saved?
If you've been saving up your band aids just use one of them to shave an hour off the healing time for the five heart guys.
P.S All my guys are four stars and it makes for easy strategy judging - rockyb20069 years agoSeasoned Newcomer12 for 12 wins for me so far. All of my fighters are 4 stars.

Nothing i need but I'm glad those who wanted it are getting their wishes granted! - I did it once for the quest and won, but I'm probably going to stick to controlling the fights myself, so I can control the damage each takes.

I probably won't use this since I play to lose 2 times and then win in order to gain more event currency.
How does that work?
It takes a little longer to do battles but well worth it because you can collect currency for losses as well as wins. I send in 1 fighter at a time, rack up at least 2 losses, then win. You end up collecting 3-4 times each battle.
This thread probably explains it better than I did:
