Release older buildings for newer players!
Well, many of the items were limited time or tied to episodes, so it wouldn't make sense to release them again. They have released some old items here and there so you never know though.

I hope you are talking about in-game cash, NO ONE's gonna buy that for $35.000 real money.
But a package like that, would be very interesting if it was costed reasonably when it comes to donuts... Atleast alot more interesting than the rumoured package with Duffman and his factory, the Springfield sign, and $50.000...
