Repeatable bug with spinster city apartments

Question

An unfortunately popular problem at the moment. We're all getting different buildings with this, and others relating to monorail tracks. Add to this thread, and maybe EA will get to fixing this soon:

I guess I should have waited to post as this problem is occurring with bachelor arms apartments, and frinks lab  too.
