That's why I mentioned the new road types .ie only the pavement part being active then you would lay a strip of pavement with a road attached that could over lap with anything.
@spyder1952850 i was actually moving roads the last time is happen. I had a tree in the way so deleted it then linked the to ends of road all looked good and I exited edit mode. then my game connection reset like so many times..... And pop all roads linked on all sides.
My whole SF was double roaded at the time with nice central divisions.
