Saint Patricks Day water - tone down the green!
I just... I don't... That is hideous. As someone who came in right at the SP expansion, I can say that I don't look forward to green waterways.

+1 I hope more buildings come for Saint Patricks day than last year.
Also, the rivers should be darker like the Chicago River at that time of the year.
