Saving wrapping paper?
Is there any point in saving wrapping paper for Act 2?

I think what they are trying to say is by not clearing out the mystery box twice you are limiting the number of ice tiles you will have to a useless amount in their opinion as if you only empty it the once you are missing out on the extra 15 tiles available in the first act.
