I don't think either of these buildings are worth it in a Freemium town. I bought them in my Premium town, but then I have lots of donuts to spare there.
In my Fremium I have 114 donuts saved up, but I'm saving them to buy the Springfield Sign (which is something I'd never buy in my Premium town because I think it's too expensive, so I want it in my Fremium town to make it more special).
