Sir Putt-A-Lots Winners

I was "D". Mine had a train track, and a hill, but I didn't use the elevator. I just figured if the kids wanted to play golf badly enough, they'd go on the train ride and hurl themselves off the moving train in the direction of the staircase. I considered alternate ways of getting them over the tracks, but Sideshow Mel already has dibs on being shot out of the cannon, and the game has neither pole vaulting equipment nor catapults though it would be awesome if it did.

Wow....I'm stunned. I lurk around here ...usually reading and enjoying the comments so I just entered on a lark! There were some really great entries ( and actually I think better than mine)... But hey, I'll take the 2nd place! I loved the design of sandwedgking. A lot of talented people out there.

Mine was "I". I aimed to keep with the medieval theme of the putt-putt golf course, so I went with a small, simple hedge-castle design with "flags" for the towers made from the benches and flower beds.

Congratulations to the winners and to drosax for organising it all. There were lots of fab designs from all the entrants. It was my first competition (I was number 4) so now looking forward to the next one if I'm brave enough again!
