Sit-n-Rotate pay out?
None of the aspirationals pay out. The register you saw was probably a Kwik-e-mart hidden behind the restaurant. Info says:

There's no cash paid out, but you do get 100,000 XP (plus whatever your multiplier is at) when the building is complete. It's a nice round number, so you can tell your multiplier with extreme accuracy (mine was apparently 86.101%).
