The animation made me laugh.
The timer should be four hours instead of twenty-four. I'll probably forget it's there unless I notice the hover icon when I pass by. It doesn't really bother me as I send a lot of my characters on task manually and when I zip all over the town in search of thumbs it clears loads of buildings at the same time. I like to leave a variety of buildings for my neighbours to tap if they visit anyway. I always feel a little sad if there are only brown houses and KEMs to tap when I visit :D
