Personally I really hope they never do, and I hope we never even get celebrity characters in the first place. This is THE SIMPSONS we're playing, so I want to play with SIMPSON characters. The other game could've spend their resources on something more worthwhile, like actually allowing people to add neighbours without Facebook.
But this is getting offtopic. I just hope we'll get something big next week.

Exactly, unless they are celebrity characters that have a very strong attachment to the Simpsons as a show and have appeared as themselves on the show, such as Matt Groening. I'd prefer the new content to be Simpsons characters, and if I want celebrities I'll go buy a copy of People magazine.
