They may take up more space but I reckon if you want to farm the best return, mushroom offices are the best. Just build how ever many retros you think will look good and then mushrooms all the way!
To put it into perspective, say you have 15200 parts to cash in, you can buy 40 retro houses or 38 mushrooms.
40 Retros, cleared 4 times per day = $9600 and 960xp
38 Mushrooms, cleared twice per day = $15200 and 1520xp
Factor in say 400% bonus with x5 xp multiplier and figures are now:
40 Retros = $38400 and 19200xp
38 Mushrooms = $60800 and 30400xp
The reason I choose 4x per day for clearing Retro houses is it ties in with KEM farming plus most events have 4 hr tasks. Obviously if you want to log in 7 times per day or more then Retro Offices will work out better but who's seriously playing THAT often? :mrgreen:
