So what's not working for you?

Right now I'm not noticing any major issues. Then again I only play twice a day, so there isn't that much room for errors. I have gotten Bart screens a few times, but not excessively, and I don't know if I get all the taps, but it looks like a I get most.

A and B for sure, and some neighbor-visit crashing, plus crashing when I try to reorganize things in my town for more than a minute or two. No crash problems at all while assigning tasks or when moving between SF and KL. iPad mini.

I voted A. Sometimes the game crashes by visiting neighbours.

I voted for I as I have problems with A, B & D. Also have massive problems getting into the game for about 36 hours.

I have been getting A constantly for a few weeks now. Contacting EA didn't help.

B is definitely happening. Friends have told me they've left 3 handshakes/graffitis but I haven't received them. Also I've just heard from one friend that she hasn't received visits from me every day even though I've only missed one day in weeks.

Most annoying of all is the suggestion it's my ipad. One forum poster told me I needed to get a new one. Wonder if he's saying it to all of you with assorted tablets, phones, platforms and experiencing these problems? :twisted:

Had B for 1-2 days, but now gone.

Can never finish friend visits without at least 1 or 2 crashes, but that's normal. (100 friends)

Gets into fits where it crashes retasking my own characters and then stops crashing. No clue why.

Someone mentioned above that EA "isn't aware" of the handshake issue.

That's because they are closing tickets without resolving them! I opened a case specifically for that and they just closed it without resolution!

So if we can demonstrate how widespread these issues are, maybe we can get a little help, a little sooner than later!

If the answers above don't have your exact match, pick what's closest of course. I didn't want to make the question a puzzle in itself, y'no?

I voted a & b using my IPad. I ran a poll a couple of weeks ago re handshakes. Over 50% had issues. I've requested EA support 6 times since this started with the July 2 update. Have not received any response. Not surprising, since I never received a response for issues occurring during the Easter event. I won't be buying any donuts until these issues are resolved.
