I get the frustration on your part, josh. (Really!) Your original post wasn't terribly specific, but it sounded as though in your dealings with Apple, you asked to be reimbursed for *all* of your in-game purchases. If that's so, I wonder if that might not have been a tactical mistake. I might instead have asked to be reimbursed for the most recent purchase; that way you stand a greater chance of getting something (if not everything) back.
This makes sense to me. When was the first purchase? I am not defending EA or Apple, we both know this product has been an Alpha release until recently and now I would call it a Beta only because time has been so short but it does seem stable.
But if the first purchase was 4-6 months ago, and then another purchase after that they might be able to argue, well you knew what you were buying. Again totally not justifying, and having witnessed how much you have been jerked around frankly I would almost think it is personal, you achieved a blacklist. Bt might be able to fight for the recent purchases
