I'll complain about something as well: although I enjoy the new decorations such as the lamp poles and bells, they are fairly small.

I was able to get it by visiting all my friends' towns (100 towns x 30 cards per town = 3,000 for the SF Mall). All the bonus cards given out during quests helps too.
