Springfield oddities / game changes you've noticed since you started playing.

+ I noticed that the lemon tree (got mine in mystery box months ago) has a now payout of 200$ When the tree was new, there was a payout of 1000$. I am pretty sure about this.

When Nelson plays guitar there's a raccoon on top of the house chewing a wire. At the end of the quest when you click the thumbs up, the raccoon gets shocked.
