If it shows images showing off your town, nothing wrong with that of course, it belongs in Showcase.
OR.
If it's about following the show, which is topical, it belongs in Discussion.
But this thread was purely a friend request and a waste of my time reading it, thanks for that.
Note, if you had posted pictures and friend request relevantly you would have more posts contributing to a stamp and no flags, I've done similar.

Well excuse me for not being able to visualise your town, but unless there are pictures I do not understand what I am reading, and it wasted my time.
I guess older members are just allowed to post incorrectly while newbies can suffer.
Reading the post and more reading and then more reading and no pictures with just a friend request at the end and no way to see it unless becoming a friend is just a way to get friends.
This is a friend request and does not belong in Discussion unless it is in the Add Me thread.
As far as I'm concerned regarding the Forum Rules, this thread breaks those rules.
I am not allowed friends and so I cannot see this town, that is selective even if it was not intended.
It looks like, "Do as I say not as I do".
I do not watch the show, there are a lot of programs I am not able to watch and The Simpsons are one of them.
If you are able to sit in front the TV all day long, well good for you but some of us have other stuff to do, like work.
And so some programs have to be dropped and for that it's my fault!!!
So I don't recognise someone saying about this building or that building, and because I don't have the buildings or identify with what the poster is saying, that's my fault as well.
I do not have masses of Donuts and cannot afford all the items, and don't tell me about KEM farming, I know about KEM farming, there are specific threads about KEM farming, if someone says in another thread about how they are going to afford the items in an event someone will always add, "Have you tried KEM farming", yes I have I've posted enough times about it and why I don't and I don't need to be reminded of it.
So you can't post images from your device, well guess what sunshine, neither can I, but I found a way around it.
I read the posts, they sounded good, but I do not identify with most of what was said, because I do not watch the show and I do not know a lot of the items mentioned and I do not have them in my town.
If there were pictures I would be able to understand the posts but this was a waste.
All I remember is: there are areas including a good area and a run down area, that's it, nothing else, nothing more, nothing, I have forgotten most of what I read.
It was a waste of my time reading it, I have gained nothing apart from a flag, hate, discourse and more hate.
Yes I know it was accidental and unintentional and I never said it wasn't, but I guess some people just can't read and understand properly especially as I tried to be constructive, did you not read my original post at all???

I got flack for the same thing because I wasted somebody's time, but I criticise someone for wasting my time while trying to be constructive, (Which is a heck of a lot more than I can say for some, you know who you are), and I get flack again while the poster gets a shoulder rub and a "there there".
And I get accused of breaking the Forum, bringing it down, bringing it into disrepute, adding hate and bad feeling, well in case you had not been paying attention, it was already here, because I already caught it.
What a crock.
