I doubt anyone believed this was an actual new facade for the Town Hall. The Op did a horrible job & just placed the Whacking Day Banner on top of the building. Poor photoshop skills if I may so myself.

yeh a good Shop would have seen new banners hanging from the sides of the building and at least a Marquis from the front.. valiant effort tho ;)
