Unfortunately the land expansion won't be useful for buildings we already have. Those 3 rows of land were getting can only be used for the boardwalk and the shops and decos that are for the boardwalk. Regular buildings like Moes, Kwik E Mart, etc.. Can't be placed on the boardwalk. So even though we are getting more land, it's not gonna change the layout of your current city.
