Star Management star rating.
Can you increase the star rating of the characters by playing the game, or is it just by donuts? If by playing, how does that work? I can't seem to figure it out.

Thats my guess. Bleeding Gums would be used in all 3 but the sungrazers may not. Might have to wait till the 2nd act to see if i'm right.
