Have you tried storing Lisa in Inventory and pulling her back out? To do that, go into build mode (the icon with the yellow arrows), tap on Lisa and then the box icon that comes up under her. To pull her back out, tap on the Hammer and Saw icon to bring up the stores and tap the box icon in the lower left.
