Summer concert mystery box

I went and had a go at the Summer concert mystery box and got Alaska Nebraska, but it won’t let me do part 1 of the task which says jamming session on pop stage.

I have the pop stage and sent her jamming, but when I click on her it says building required.

I’m confused ...
