Some medicine was named Pokemon and they sued the company for it. Tapped Out would go way down if they ever made a whole event/update out of Nintendo characters. They could call them * Maria, Ding Dong, and Louisa, that could work right?
Potentially but Nintendo could go for EA using the avatars, names being too similar etc. it'd be very complicated to navigate. Either that or EA would need to pay royalties, which let's face, they won't do.
