This would be awesome. Unfortunately I don't see this happening any time soon because Nintendo never gives permission to other companies when it comes to their IP. Of course there have been few exceptions such as mario on the atari, the zelda cd-i's and mario hotel, but those were some rare exceptions.
Nintendo do give permission to other companies as long as the software is on their hardware (monster hunter with zelda skins, tekken with zelda outfits for the 3DS, etc) but thats only because they were available on Wii U and 3DS.
Nintendo giving EA permission to use their IPs on a non-Nintendo hardware (cellphones)? Never ever going to happen. Would have been cool though.
