A lot of these don't make sense to me.

Cyborg Snake should be Tech. He's a cyborg!
Bartman should be Tech like Fruit-Bat-Man (both are parodies of Batman)
Stretch Dude should be Muscle - it's still Bart underneath after all.
Old King Coal should be Muscle
Charcoal Briquette makes more sense as Muscle - assuming the briquette thing on her head is part of her and not a gadget.

Anyone else not fighting the 3 characters in there own town? I only tap the felons
