I have one. It has a small multiplier.

It's a no go for me. I don't see any reason to spend my good sprinkles on it...

These are used in the pee wee baseball leagues, where the kids are too young to pitch or have the hand eye coordination to hit something being thrown at them with a skinny stick. :)
