Tapping on neigbor´s criminals doesnt generate rods

I haven't got up to that bit yet, but if it's anything like the past few events, there may be a cap on how much event currency you can collect from neighbour taps, you may have just reached your limit for the day.

    Yes there's a limit on how many rods you get from criminals in friends towns but there doesn't seem to be a limit on one's from buildings.
