Tearing down my town

I think I'm gonna do a complete redesign for the first time as well. It seems pretty daunting, especially thinking about all the time needed to store decorations. :P

I think it's best to start at the beach/mountain area and sprawl out and maybe split your springfield into areas (eg. poshy restaurants, houses, forest, etc)
