The Comic book guy bug

Guys there is something weird happening,
The comic book guy seems to have this exclamation mark in a bubble talk (which means he want to say something or begin a new quest)
But everytime I tap him nothing happens

What should I do, did any one have the same problem?

    this is a known issue, go to forum home screen and go to bugs and issues. there is a lot of help there. or keep checking back here, someone might post links to the posts about this issue
