this price increase is old and always tested out. dlc and arcade game on xbox 360 used to be 5 to 10 dollars. nowadays it usually 10 - 20 dollars. people complain and yet they pay up. activision start...

I was thinking this just last night. The 150 donuts irks me, but we do get two items - a wishing well and a little green guy who pays out money when tapped. Spending all this real money to tap something is starting to make my feel dirty. My wife stopped playing after the Christmas update, and she's starting to get jealous that I spend more time tapping this game than I do... well, you get the picture ;-)
I'd like to say I'll quit buying donuts, I'll quit getting the premium content, I'll quit speeding up buildings, but I'd be lying to myself. As long as I'm playing this game, my OCD won't let me stop doing those things. But there will come a point where the cost in real money is just too high to justify, and I'll need to quit this game. And 150 donuts for a small wishing well and a little green guy is pretty much that line. If EA continues to price things like this, I'll need to quit this game.
