The Pageant Stage

Where is the Pageant Stage when I unlock Clarissa Wellington on Taps Pt. 4 in the Simpsons Tapped Out? I look at the Wiki saying if I unlock the character, I unlock Pageant Stage but I don't see it. If anyone knows how to unlock Pageant Stage, please tell me.
