Just thought of this while watching Treehouse of Horror VIII...why not a Halloween event with the Springfield mutants? You could make it just like the Stonecutters event (widely considered the best)....

Meaning these flying rat creatures we have to tap on to get event currency eventually become Premium random NPC's. Or the ones from last year. Skeleton, disco zombie, nightmare creature, etc...
That's what I mean by random NPC's. I rather have actual memorable characters as NPC's if were gonna get any. Like Shifty-eyed Dog, Pinchy, Nibbles the Hamster, etc...
