How?
LT/L2: Zoom out.
RT/R2: Zoom in.
Left stick: Move.
Click left stick: Move fast.
D-pad: Spin selected items.
A/X + Left stick: Move items.
Start/options/whatever they call it: Menu
LB/L1 and RB/R1: Scroll items in store.
Quite simple.
