Sure it works on corn. Instead of 90 days it's now 89 days and 16 hours from when you sent her on the task.

This just made my mind up over purchasing the cauldron - for some reason I thought it halved the time for crops. Looks like I'll be going for the BDH then!
It does do that for crops under 4 hours.
