TIP: BURNS' CASINO: Q & A AND STRATEGY THREAD: ACT II

Can somebody do one or both of the following for me please; provide me, through PM, with a Calendar for Act II alone; also, explain, again through PM (let's not clutter up the thread with my ineptitud...

The only item I have left in Level 2 crafting is the Spruce Moose. I've only earned 1 tier toward Level 3. Should I work on getting Level 3 and wait on the Spruce Moose, or the other way round? I'm worried I won't have enough time or materials to craft everything. :(
