After the mini-game, using the flash, I got the message that I had protected whatchamacallit against 37 robots. My total of robot-parts after the game was 257. How on earth I got to 257, I don't know. Do we get two robot parts from each robot we "protect against" in the mini-game? Because, if so, the math works. It would mean (counting on fingers) 74 robot parts from the mini-game, plus (getting out calculator) 82 robot parts from wandering-around-town robots.

Is that consistent with what y'all are getting? Should there be about 82 robots in our towns?

That's a good question, and I'm trying to find out whether Springield fills up within four hours (it might to be fair, those Robits spawn fast!!), but I'm fairly sure the max is 80. Personally I'm going to keep tapping them manually before playing the PolyVac Mini Game for now, just in case, and because it aids in my research.

I found this on addicts site about spawn rate:
ROBOT SPAWN RATE: Robots Spawn at a rate of 1/3 minutes. You can have a max of 30 in your town at once, with a bank of 50.

Looks like we're getting pretty solid information here. The amount of 80 in total (plus the two that spawn while we're tapping, especially if it's one every three minutes) matches with my early research, although I have to admit it feels more like 50 in your town with 30 in the bank, which would also match other events, so it's weird that that is what Addicts are saying......
