Although I don't wish to try the game without tapping any robots, it would certainly fit with my mini table of results that I posted above.
Yes, this is what I've seen. But it could be that you get the base amount (110/40/40) for a successful defense, so not tapping any robots might not give you the answer you're looking for.
Also, as far as I can tell, you don't need to clear your town of robots before starting the mini-game since it does this for you and gives you credit for tapping anything in your town. Did it this morning and got 80 of each currency before the game started.
