Thank you. As Jim said, it can be purchased. I believe it's just a clay skin for 50 donuts. Soon, a gold skin will be available (speculation).

I wish I had more control over the color of each piece instead of it changing everything. I'm trying to use the fence sections as gates to some of my mansions. I think the gold will look great :D

Wow... I had a tiered system where it was 3 levels near the entrance and dropped to 2 levels in the middle, and 1 level under the Homertron. I think I'll go with 3 tiers almost all around. Excellent work!

So the stands can be rotated 360 too! EA definitely put a lot of effort into this one.

I do wish I had the room to do this, but I like my town's design (though I'd like to widen the river again) and don't have any place for a stadium this big. I even skipped on the basketball arena.
