Dcline- I just wanted to say that the only town I ever crashed in was yours when I did the 4 taps on public buildings. I had successfully done it before in your town too. So I just vandalize/mop 3 out of 4 now.
And I must be lucky because while I can sometimes tell that friends are visiting (game gets laggy and then handshakes appear) - this doesn't always affect me at all. Often I am in the building menu moving stuff around and then notice someone visited.
