I've been waiting for that guy since the first Halloween event when the shop first arrived.

They'll give him to us as a character.
After a couple 30 sec tasks, he'll disappear and never be seen again.

I hope we get the shopkeeper. He would be a great addition. Who knows maybe a few characters will have a task at the shop if he gets added
