The following kids produce Skeletons when Hunting:
Bart (2 per round)
Database (2 per round)
Gino (4 per round)
Laura (4 per round)
Sherri & Terri (8 per round)

You have 7 days to complete the task. I think you can make it.

Assuming you only have Bart and Database:

Send them both to Hunt Nightmares before going to bed Sunday night. On Monday after 7 AM you'll have 4. Send them again and 4 hours later you'll have 8. After the third round you'll have 12, then 16, then 20, 24, 28, then you only need to send one for the final 2 to make 30.

Don't send Bart to fight M'nthster. Even if you have to send the other 3 a third time the 20 donuts are worth the delay in defeating him.

Because it's still true. It just takes longer. I currently need 7 more Zombies to upgrade to level 70. No, I don't have all the kids, just most of them.
